Shipping policy

All orders are shipped by Macau Post. Orders received before 2pm each day will ship the very same day and be scheduled for delivery with two to six business days for all free shipping orders. We try hard to ship in the times quoted and faster if possible‚ but sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control. When your product is dispatched you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel.

Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas may take an additional day to deliver. Please email sales@gakhei.com for further details. To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. Best to use a work address so you get it quickly.
